Nylon Friction Cord

 There are 3 kinds of friction cord as outputs of our process,

1) Friction Cord in Cut pieces: We cut the friction cord in pieces by guillotines to make sure as much as possible that there are no steel cord in the product.

2) Chopped Friction Cord: We chop the cut pieces of friction cord in fine pieces. That allows the users can easily use the friction cord for their production. This process guarantees no steel in the product at the best level possible.

3) Chopped Friction Cord with very small amount of cord fabric: In this process, we take off about %90 of cord fabric from the product with the help of a specially designed machine . Buyers can use this as a rubber compound. That means this product can be used in wider range of production. This process guarantees no steel in the product at the best level possible.
