The process is an in-house one that uses the regrinding of PVC (only) sheathing and insulation material to make a non-virgin regrind that can be used with a mix of virgin material to produce a product. While this can no longer be used in Cable insulation due to changes in the BS Standards, the material can be used in any application requiring a non-virgin PVC pelletized input. Due to various colors of insulation and sheathing that are reground, the RG80 can come in different colors based on the specification of the cable that was being done.
